Software Security Education

This project highlights my work at Black Duck (formerly Synopsys), where I led the creative development of eLearning courses focused on Application Security Training. The goal was to strengthen learners’ secure coding skills through practical, real-world scenarios. I guided the visual direction of each course, contributing to everything from marketing materials and UI design to iconography, color palettes, custom illustrations, storyboards, and animations.

Black Duck Community Makeover Project

Leveraging Salesforce Community Builder, I led the redesign of Synopsys Software Integrity Group’s developer community platform. The project focused on enhancing UI/UX, streamlining navigation, and strengthening visual cohesion. I designed and implemented custom iconography, imagery, and component libraries to deliver a modern, brand-aligned experience. Built in Figma and deployed on the Salesforce platform, the redesign improved usability and made it easier for developers to access learning, resources, and support within a secure, engaging environment.

At Synopsys, I developed an eLearning Styleguide to bring consistency and clarity across our learning modules. It defined typography, color systems, iconography, and motion guidelines tailored for technical content. The guide ensured that complex cybersecurity topics were delivered with accessibility, visual cohesion, and scalability in mind.
